Selena Gomez isn't wasting anytime making big changes in her life after splitting from her boyfriend of two years Justin Bieber.

First the former Disney star was spotted at the Golden Globes looking incredibly hot and flirting with Hunger Games star Josh Hutcherson then the following day she was seen checking out houses in the West Hollywood area of Los Angeles.

Justin and Selena have been off and on for a few months now, but the final straw happened in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico where the two were supposed to spend New Year's together.

Selena left early and went back to LA after getting into a huge blow up with Justin.

"Selena is Justin's first love and he's still young enough that he desperately tries to make it work. But Selena is mature enough to just know when to end it and be realistic that it isn't working. And Selena didn't wallow in their breakup. She went out New Year's Eve and had fun with her friends and did her thing," a source told RadarOnline.com.
