Proenza Schouler Spring 2013 Ad Campaign: It models, brush strokes and perforated leather abound

Through Derek Lall

Proenza Schouler has become a design driven label, constantly reinventing the current woman’s wardrobe which consists of latest It projects. For Spring 2013, the clothes were made out of patchwork and crochet methods, with designers Lazaro Hernandez along with Jack McCollough increasing this traditional development method and presenting it a youthful mindset. A red dress and jacket crafted from perforated leather is usually a new take about biker chic, while the python and crocodile vest carries a flawless balance of masculine and girlie ideals.

Proenza Schouler Spring 2013 is robust, tough but never extraordinary, and as such, Hernandez and McCollough have taken the same approach within their latest ad plan. The ads, opportunity by British digital photographer David Sims, have a graffiti-laced London warehouse as a backdrop. Each glimpse, worn by types Julia Nobis along with Irina Nikolaeva, is shown having an opposing mosaic of colours towards the pieces they don. Now, just enjoy the It females flock, as these people do.
