Allison Williams' black-meets-gold eye for the GIRLS Season 2 Premiere was one among my favorite beauty looks of the week! Celebrity Makeup Performer, Julie Harris, created her look utilizing CARGO Cosmetics and in time breaks down how to recreate it in the home. GET THE LOOK:
Julie first applied a thin layer of the CARGO Liquid Foundation, the industry great oil-free foundation, in shade F-20 to Allison's flawless skin as a way to add a little glow for that red carpet.
She then applied a touch of the CARGO OneBase to highlight and brighten within the eyes.
Julie wanted to produce the blue in Allison’s eye so she applied the gold shimmer shadow all around the lid and a a little deeper gold shade in the crease and right below the bottom lash line using the CARGO Color scheme in Baja.
She then applied the actual CARGO TexasLiner Liquid Liner in Black across the top and bottom lashes and the CARGO High Pigment Pencil in the water line to stress her beautiful lashes before applying two coats of mascara while using CARGO TexasLash Mascara with Black for maximum quantity and impact.
Using the actual CARGO Bronzer in Moderate, Julie focused on the actual high points of Allison’s face (the forehead, the wats, cheekbones, chin and down the actual sides of her neck) to provide skin warmth.
Julie applied CARGO Blush in Cannes towards the apples of her cheeks for any fresh glow combined with the CARGO ColorStick in Champagne around the brow bones and cheekbones to highlight while also introducing a light shimmer.
She also lightly dusted the actual CARGO blu_ray Blush/Highlighter in Pink Shimmer towards the top of cheeks and up to the temples to make a dewy effect to go along with the shimmery eye.
And finally, Julie kept Allison’s lip area soft with CARGO Top Gloss in Fresno, quite a pink/nude gloss.
